In 2026, God is calling many of His people to take territory in areas that He has already promised they will have victory. While God’s promises stand, there’s still a part that we have to play to inherit them.

God’s builders needed in this hour are warriors at heart — they’re not soft. Just like Nehemiah and the other builders, you understand what it looks like to hold a building tool in one hand and a weapon of warfare in the other. God has been training you to do both.

You can’t keep kissing the feet of a system you were called to confront. You can’t keep bowing down to a structure you are anointed to dismantle.

I’ve had a strong sense that the Lord is calling many people in the Church to greater spiritual maturity this new year. There is an invitation for those who have felt a tug to go deeper to find deeper wells, dig new wells or break out of the mould.

Building the altar will need your obedience. It will require a sacrifice. It will demand your faith. The prerequisite is your intimacy. Here’s the thing: anyone can build an altar — it will look the part and people can sing songs, dance and perform all kinds of acts around it. But unless fire falls, that altar means nothing.

Many of you have been in a dual birthing and transition season since August/September. While you’ve been in this unpredictable process, you know something significant is coming and it’s close.
